Identifying the Site
Through our extensive network we aim to find sites that meet our development criteria. Our strategy is to concentrate on areas within an easy 40 minutes commute of central London.
Design & New Build
Completion of the site or property in an efficient, timely, high-quality fashion is key to offering participants maximum return. It is therefore key to get the properties to sales completion as soon as practicable.
We put a dedicated team straight onto the project. We project manage the entire process from architectural design to planning, to build, to interior design including supply of utilities and carpets.
Adding value to a property can simply involve modernising and/or re-configuring to achieve its optimum sale price. Typically, properties can be completed ready for re-sale market within 3 months of purchase, dependent upon the size of the property.
Extensions, Conversions and Basements
Further added value to a property can be achieved to increase the sqm2 by extending, converting loft and/or adding a basement. These projects take longer due to planning process and the scope of the work. However, from planning approval, properties can be completed ready for the re-sale market within 6 to 12 months.
Prior to build completion we will be in contact with our network of Agents to determine the method and time of sale. We will consider off plan sales opportunities.
