Typical investments start at around £1m, with GDV’s in excess of £1.5m. More often than not our fund participants spread their capital across projects with varying costs and completion times.
Investors can expect to receive their funds returned plus first call on their share of the profit upon sale.
The funds are used to secure debt and combined then purchase the property, purchase costs (legal fees and stamp duty), professional fees (architects) and the build costs.
