Centurion Construction is a division of JPS Capital and operates an open book policy based on cost + an administrative margin. For every development an independent assessment of costs is undertaken by a QS as part of the due diligence process.
Centurion will be appointed contractor for the development shortly after the land is purchased and subject to satisfactory cost assessment by the QS.
Centurion Construction enters into a JCT Standard Form of Building Contract with Spencer Homes, which includes a 5% retention until completion and a 2.5% retention on completion for a 6 months defects period. In addition, the contractor will supply a 3rd party 10 years warranty insurance product.
